Job Description
Summary
Manage and integrate aviation system supportability, developing policies, improving processes, and advising on program objectives.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage and integrate aviation system supportability. This role requires at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to a senior-level position, in the private, public, or federal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, analyze, and execute the creation of aviation integration supportability policies and procedures for major aviation systems.
- Review aviation program plans and products to ensure they meet critical needs.
- Manage project/program requirements, objectives, and metrics, while resolving conflicts related to schedules, funding, and resources.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices using customer feedback, audits, and lessons learned.
- Advise management and colleagues on complex problems, conduct special studies, propose solutions, and represent the organization in aviation program goals.
