Summary

Join our team as a Financial Risk Analyst, supporting loan negotiations and developing financial risk management strategies.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, focusing on financial analysis and risk management within a lending environment. This role involves critical support for our loan operations and policy development.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist in negotiations with potential borrowers.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models to support risk management efforts.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of financial risk management policies.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Insurance, Engineering, Mathematics, Banking and Credit, Law, Real Estate Operations, Statistics, or related fields.
  • **Experience:**
* Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze financial data, presenting conclusions clearly (verbally and in writing). * Knowledge of financial analysis principles or insurance laws. * At least one year of specialized experience (comparable to Federal NH-3/GS-12 level) demonstrating competence in agricultural, commercial, realty, or other loan types. This includes experience assisting with borrower negotiations, developing financial risk models, and aiding in financial risk management policy development.
  • **Competencies:** Strong skills in Negotiation, Principles of Finance, and Risk Management.
  • **Federal Applicants:** Must meet specific time-in-grade requirements (e.g., 52 weeks at NH-03 or GS equivalent for NH-04 entry) by the closing date.
