Liscensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (Program Manager)

Lead and manage comprehensive mental health counseling programs within a healthcare setting. As a Program Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop policies, and ensure high-quality patient care and program outcomes.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage daily operations for multiple mental health counseling programs.
• Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance as chief or principal counselor to other Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselors.
• Oversee administrative and programmatic resources, monitoring outcomes through data-driven quality assurance.
• Prepare and present reports and statistics for facility and leadership review.
• Exercise independent judgment in decisions affecting staff, resources, and program direction.
• May manage program budgets and supervise assigned staff.
• Manage a diverse range of clinical, training, or administrative programs.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Citizenship:** United States Citizenship required.
• **Education:** Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related mental health counseling field from a CACREP-accredited program.
• **Licensure:** Full, current, and unrestricted license to independently practice as a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor, including diagnosis and treatment.
• **Experience:** At least one year of progressively complex experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, demonstrating advanced practice skills and professional judgment.
• **Language:** Proficient in spoken and written English.
• **Skills:** Proven ability to make sound program management judgments, monitor outcomes effectively, and manage diverse programs.
