Job Description
Summary
Lead the development, management, and evaluation of PreK-12 professional learning programs and projects.
The Leadership Development Specialist will drive professional learning initiatives for educators and school leadership.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop systemic professional learning programs compliant with regulations.
- Manage complex projects supporting educators and school leadership.
- Conduct research to analyze the effectiveness of PreK-12 professional learning.
- Monitor contracts for services related to leading programs.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Citizenship:** U.S. Citizen.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education or a related subject-matter field. Alternatively, coursework equivalent to a major in education/relevant field combined with appropriate experience.
- **Specialized Experience:** One year of experience in:
- **Note:** For this position, specialized experience cannot be substituted by education.
