Design, manage, and evaluate PreK-12 professional learning and leadership development programs for educational effectiveness.
## Leadership Development Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Leadership Development Specialist to design, manage, and evaluate professional learning initiatives for educators and school leaders. This role focuses on enhancing educational outcomes through strategic program development, project management, and data-driven evaluation.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systemic professional learning programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and evaluation standards.
- Manage complex projects that support educators, school leadership, and above-school-level leadership.
- Conduct research to analyze and improve the effectiveness of PreK-12 professional learning programs.
- Monitor contracts for services related to leadership development programs.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education or a directly related subject-matter field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- **Specialized Experience:** At least one year of experience that includes:
- **Core Competencies:** Demonstrated ability in Education/Training Program Administration, Learning and Program Evaluation, and Partnering.
