Job Description
Summary
Seeking an experienced Instructor to deliver technical training, guide program development, and ensure instructional effectiveness for weapons systems.
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as an Instructor, providing crucial training and guidance within our programs. This role requires expertise in both instructional delivery and training program development.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide instruction on the operation, maintenance, and characteristics of assigned weapons systems.
- Offer technical and administrative guidance for training development projects, lesson plans, and overall training programs.
- Observe classroom instruction to ensure safety measures are adhered to and that teaching methods are effective, aligning with established policies and directives.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Education:** A major in education or a subject area related to the position, or demonstrated practical knowledge of the subject area and instructional methods/techniques.
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, which includes:
- **Specific Specialized Experience (GS-13 Level):** Candidates must clearly demonstrate experience in all three areas:
