## Lead IT Specialist (System Analysis)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Specialist to analyze and optimize automated information system (AIS) logistics processes. This role is critical for developing, evaluating, and implementing robust system solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze Automated Information System (AIS) logistics business processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Develop and review solution alternatives, conducting impact analysis for system enhancements and fixes.
• Create detailed application specifications, documentation, and level-of-effort estimates for changes.
• Support the selection, integration, design, testing, and implementation of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) AIS solutions.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the federal service, or comparable experience in the private sector.
• Proven expertise in AIS logistics process analysis, solution development, and system implementation.
