## Data & Analytics Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the modernization of our data infrastructure and develop impactful analytical solutions. This role is crucial for transforming complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical initiatives to modernize data infrastructure, including data warehouse, lake, and lakehouse environments.
- Integrate multiple data sources and implement interoperable data standards (e.g., Ed-Fi or comparable government standards).
- Design, build, and maintain robust analytical solutions and dashboards that empower informed decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into valuable data products.
- Guide and coordinate data analysts in delivering high-quality data pipelines, reports, and analytical tools aligned with organizational goals.
- **U.S. Citizenship** is required.
- **Specialized Experience:** A minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal service level. This experience must include:
