Job Description

Join our team to troubleshoot EmpowHR/NFC data conflicts and provide essential HR/payroll technical guidance and training.

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide critical technical support for our personnel and payroll systems.

*Responsibilities:**
Troubleshoot and resolve data conflicts within EmpowHR and National Finance Center (NFC) systems.
Provide expert technical guidance and training to junior staff on complex personnel and payroll processing issues.

*Requirements:**
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, demonstrating proficiency in EmpowHR/NFC data resolution and HR/payroll technical guidance.
or a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. (if related).
or an equivalent combination of specialized experience and qualifying education.
