Lead Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide critical technical support for our personnel and payroll systems.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Troubleshoot and resolve data conflicts within EmpowHR and National Finance Center (NFC) systems.
• Provide expert technical guidance and training to junior staff on complex personnel and payroll processing issues.
• *Requirements:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, demonstrating proficiency in EmpowHR/NFC data resolution and HR/payroll technical guidance.
• or a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. (if related).
• or an equivalent combination of specialized experience and qualifying education.
