Summary

Federal Benefits Specialist needed to advise, calculate, and train on diverse federal employee benefit programs.

We are seeking a highly experienced Federal Benefits Specialist. This role requires at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in federal service, providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of federal employee benefits.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Advise employees, managers, and HR staff on Federal employee benefit programs (e.g., retirement, group life insurance, health benefits, Thrift Savings Plan, long-term care, flexible spending).
  • Calculate creditable Federal civilian service deposits/re-deposits.
  • Provide in-depth counseling on Federal employee health benefits.
  • Prepare accurate annuity estimates.
  • Develop and deliver training on Federal benefits programs.
