Junior Marketing Analyst

Direct Persuasion, a next-generation digital agency, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic Republican marketing team in Washington, D.C. This role offers a significant opportunity to implement and optimize digital marketing strategies for prominent political campaigns, national committees, faith-based nonprofits, and conservative organizations, directly impacting digital fundraising, voter outreach, and persuasion initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate to create, build, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and X.
• Assist in constructing and executing effective text and email marketing campaigns.
• Utilize reporting tools to analyze site traffic, online performance metrics, and identify top-performing creatives and target audiences.
• Plan and build campaigns with daily pacing monitoring and continuous optimization strategies.
• Drive new ideas and conduct testing across channels to improve campaign performance, including creative, copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and landing page optimization.
• Track, report, and analyze backend website analytics, including email opens, clicks, conversion rates, site traffic, and time on site.
• Clearly communicate content and reporting needs, prioritizing requests for appropriate teams.
• Help manage external vendors and their campaigns, assets, and overall performance.
• Contribute to building automated processes for more efficient optimizations.
• Assist with projects related to company branding, new business development, and partner events.
• *Qualifications:**
• Passion for Republican politics is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple task deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, flexible, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree and/or background in marketing or advertising preferred, but not required.
