## Lead IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC)

Join our team as a Lead IT Specialist, providing critical senior support for Electronic Business Systems Engineering. You will serve as a Senior Global Exchange (GEX) Administrator and a key technical authority, ensuring efficient and reliable system operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

• **GEX Administration:** Manage Global Exchange (GEX) operations, including creating channels and routes, tracking data, establishing new customer connections, and debugging software/data flow issues.
• **System Monitoring & Optimization:** Monitor system performance, coordinate updates, and analyze new customer requirements to ensure optimal data processing and system efficiency.
• **Technical Authority:** Act as a senior technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex problems and failures within IT systems and infrastructure.
• **System Review:** Routinely review ADP/telecommunications systems, network environments, software modules, and operational procedures to ensure efficiency and alignment with objectives.

### Qualifications:

• **Specialized Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (or equivalent in the private sector or military) providing senior IT specialist support, specifically with Global Exchange (GEX) administration, and acting as a senior technical authority.
• **Core Competencies:** Demonstrated proficiency across all four competencies:
