Summary
Manage and implement technical programs, ensuring accuracy, stakeholder communication, and effective problem resolution.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and implement technical programs throughout their lifecycle. This role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful program delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- *Key Responsibilities & Skills:**
- **Attention to Detail:** Review and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IT work and data, including peer reviews.
- **Customer Service:** Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipate IT needs, and identify tailored solutions.
- **Oral Communication:** Effectively brief senior management and IT staff on system status and projects, translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify and resolve unique or complex IT-related issues, evaluating alternatives to generate effective solutions.
- *Required Experience:**
- A minimum of one year of experience coordinating, managing, and implementing technical programs throughout their life cycle, utilizing strong project management skills.
- Relevant experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer, and military service.
- All qualifications must be met within 30 days of the announcement closing date.
- **Note:** Combination of education and experience is not applicable for this position.
