## IT Specialist (System Analysis)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist with a focus on System Analysis to enhance and secure our critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems. This role involves recommending strategic solutions, analyzing user requirements, and ensuring system compliance and efficiency within a dynamic logistics environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve complex system design and performance issues for IT and OT systems, balancing technical capabilities with business and customer needs.
• Evaluate diverse customer user requirements, including COTS software and electronic components supporting logistics operations.
• Ensure application interfaces, extensions, forms, and reports meet regulatory IT/OT cyber and physical security standards, aligning with business processes.
• Contribute to all project phases, including requirements definition, product development, system support, and implementation.
• Consult with Senior Project Integrators to resolve complex project management challenges using innovative and precedent-setting solutions.

### Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in IT/OT systems analysis or a directly related field. This experience must demonstrate proficiency in the following competencies:
