Summary

Seeking an IT professional to manage and optimize enterprise voice and video network systems.

*About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our enterprise voice and video network systems. This role requires strong technical skills in system management, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks, with a focus on enterprise voice and video systems.
Ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of all assigned IT infrastructure.
Review IT-related work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established standards.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipating IT needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex or sensitive information technology issues.

*Required Qualifications:**
A minimum of one year of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, and networks, specifically related to enterprise voice and video network systems.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy in IT work.
Proven customer service skills, including anticipating needs and providing effective IT solutions.
Excellent oral communication abilities, capable of briefing diverse audiences on system status and technical information.
Superior problem-solving skills, with experience identifying alternatives and evaluating solutions for complex IT challenges.
