Summary
Seeking an IT professional to manage and optimize enterprise voice and video network systems.
- *About the Role:**
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks, with a focus on enterprise voice and video systems.
- Ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of all assigned IT infrastructure.
- Review IT-related work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established standards.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipating IT needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex or sensitive information technology issues.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- A minimum of one year of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, and networks, specifically related to enterprise voice and video network systems.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy in IT work.
- Proven customer service skills, including anticipating needs and providing effective IT solutions.
- Excellent oral communication abilities, capable of briefing diverse audiences on system status and technical information.
- Superior problem-solving skills, with experience identifying alternatives and evaluating solutions for complex IT challenges.
