IT Specialist (Sysanalysis)

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a focus on system administration, information security, and compliance. This role involves developing and managing robust policies and programs to ensure adherence to government regulations, with a critical emphasis on technology accessibility.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop, implement, and manage policies, processes, and programs to ensure organizational compliance with all relevant government laws and regulations.
• Oversee and manage compliance initiatives across various key process areas, including planning, scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communications, procurement, and human resources.
• Demonstrate and articulate a clear understanding of how assistive technologies and features support individuals with diverse disabilities (e.g., visual, auditory, mobility, cognitive impairments).
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience directly related to the duties of this position.
• Experience must be equivalent to the GS-12 federal level or a comparable role in the private sector.
• Proven ability to establish and manage regulatory compliance programs within an organizational context.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with assistive technologies and their application to ensure accessibility for all users.
• Experience includes paid and unpaid work, including volunteer service.
