IT Specialist (Sysanalysis)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to analyze, enhance, and manage complex information systems, ensuring data integrity and providing effective solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **System Analysis & Enhancement:** Analyze data within information systems to identify risks and recommend solutions. Evaluate and improve system hardware, software, processing efficiency, and data management.
• **Quality Assurance:** Meticulously review IT-related work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established standards.
• **Stakeholder Engagement:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipating their IT needs and delivering tailored product or service solutions.
• **Communication & Briefing:** Effectively communicate complex technical information to both IT staff and non-technical senior management, providing status updates on systems, projects, and daily operations.
• **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify and address unique, highly complex, or sensitive IT issues, evaluating potential solutions and anticipating future problems.
• *Required Qualifications & Experience (GG-14 Level):**
• A minimum of one year of specialized experience demonstrating immediate success in an IT role with similar responsibilities.
• Proven experience analyzing information systems to identify risks and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in enhancing information systems, including hardware, software, processing, and data management.
• Strong proficiency in the following core competencies:
