IT Specialist (Sysanalysis)

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead and implement technology improvements, focusing on risk assessment and compliance. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills within a complex IT environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead studies to identify and implement IT improvements for business functions.
• Conduct IT Risk assessments, create compliance plans, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail when reviewing documentation and adhering to Navy standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing stakeholder needs, offering solutions, and resolving IT-related problems.
• Clearly communicate complex IT issues, policies, and processes to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems, escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level (or NH-03 pay band) in Federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in:

* **Attention to Detail:** Thoroughness in work performance and documentation review. * **Customer Service:** Assessing needs, providing solutions, and satisfying expectations. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively conveying information and responding to feedback. * **Problem Solving:** Identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and recommending solutions.

• Experience utilizing systems development and analysis for IT Risk assessments, compliance plan creation, and complex issue resolution.
• Experience includes both paid and unpaid work, such as volunteer service.*
