IT Specialist (Sysanalysis)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to analyze complex system and business processes, define innovative IT solutions, and drive system improvements and new development projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external customers to meet their evolving technology needs.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct detailed analysis of a wide range of system and business processes.
• Define IT solutions for system improvements and new system development projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, assessing IT needs, and identifying tailored products/services.
• Brief management and IT staff on system status, projects, and daily operations, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Identify and evaluate alternative solutions for complex IT-related issues by gathering and applying information from various sources.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience demonstrating core competencies in IT analysis and solution definition.
• Proven experience working with internal and external customers on system analysis and IT solution development.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency in IT work and data.
• Strong oral communication skills, including the ability to brief diverse audiences on technical matters.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges.
