IT Specialist (Sysadmin/Infosec)

Join our team as an IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC) specializing in Citrix/VDI environments. We are seeking a proactive professional to manage, optimize, and secure our virtual desktop infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and provide technical expertise for enterprise Citrix/VDI environments, including global deployments.
• Lead planning and project management for Citrix/VDI initiatives.
• Administer and maintain virtual server infrastructure using VMware, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and provisioning software.
• Install, configure, and support servers within Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments.
• Monitor system performance, ensure resource availability for all users, and implement optimizations.
• Research and analyze IT methods to enhance organizational efficiency and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT personnel, serving as a functional manager for IT resources.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience directly related to IT systems administration and information security.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, project management, and administration of Citrix/VDI environments.
• Proficiency with VMware, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and virtual server infrastructure.
