IT Specialist (Sysadmin/Infosec)

Join as an IT Specialist specializing in Systems Administration and Information Security. This role involves managing complex IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and leading critical technical projects.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Define technical requirements and contribute to the development of new systems, applications, and IT processes.
• Perform advanced research and troubleshooting for critical IT issues, including application development, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems, focusing on system integration.
• Manage user accounts, network rights, and control access to IT systems and equipment.
• Lead project planning, coordinate support from various teams, organize data collection, develop problem-solving methodologies, and prepare detailed reports.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized IT experience equivalent to the GS-12 federal level, or comparable experience in the private sector.
• Demonstrated competencies in technical requirements definition, complex troubleshooting, access management, and IT project coordination.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
