IT Specialist (Sysadmin/Infosec)

We are seeking an IT Specialist (SysAdmin/InfoSec) at the GS-13 level to manage, secure, and develop critical IT systems. This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and project leadership.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Define technical requirements and contribute to the development of new systems, processes, and applications.
• Conduct advanced research and troubleshooting for complex issues in areas like application development, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems.
• Manage user accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Lead project initiatives, including planning, coordinating support, data collection, methodology development, problem-solving, and reporting.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (Federal, military, or private sector).
• Experience must demonstrate competencies in:

* Technical requirements definition and system development. * Complex troubleshooting in application development, GRC, and/or ICAM systems. * Management of accounts, network rights, and system access. * Project planning, coordination, data analysis, and reporting.

• Meet all eligibility requirements, including time-in-grade and minimum qualifications.
• *Note: Both paid and qualifying volunteer experience are credited.*
