IT Specialist (Sysadmin/Infosec)

Join our team as an IT Specialist (Sysadmin/Infosec) to manage complex systems, ensure information security, and drive key technical projects with DLA-wide impact.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Define technical requirements and contribute to the development of new systems, processes, and applications.
• Perform advanced research and troubleshooting for critical IT areas, including applications, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems.
• Manage user accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Lead project initiatives, including planning, coordination, data collection, methodology development, problem-solving, and reporting.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (federal, military, or private sector).
• Experience must demonstrate competencies in areas such as:

* Gathering technical requirements and system/application development. * Complex troubleshooting of enterprise-wide IT systems (e.g., GRC, ICAM). * Managing network access, user accounts, and system equipment. * Project planning, coordination, and reporting.

• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
