Summary

Manage and optimize Citrix/VDI environments, providing technical leadership and support as an IT Specialist.

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/INFOSEC) to manage and optimize our Citrix/VDI environments. This role involves comprehensive planning, project management, and technical guidance for both domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) operations.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Lead planning and project management for Citrix/VDI environments (CONUS/OCONUS).
Serve as the functional manager for IT resources, providing guidance to depot IT personnel.
Provide expert Citrix/VDI technical guidance, assistance, and advice.
Manage Enterprise Citrix Server Farms on a VMware virtual platform, including XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and provisioning software.
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Citrix servers.
Monitor and optimize Farm infrastructure performance to ensure resource availability for all users.
Research and analyze IT methods to recommend improvements for organizational efficiency.

*Required Qualifications:**
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 or GS-12 level in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
Demonstrated experience in:
