IT Specialist (Sysadmin/Infosec)

Join our team as an IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/INFSOEC) to contribute to critical IT initiatives within our organization. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in system administration and information security.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Define technical requirements and participate in the development of new and enhanced IT processes, systems, and applications.
• Perform complex research and troubleshooting for critical problem areas, including applications development, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems, ensuring DLA-wide impact.
• Research and submit project plans, coordinate support, organize data collection, and develop methodologies to solve complex IT problems.
• Create and debug scripts and programs that conform to standard system requirements for Application Program Interfaces (API), mid-tier, and web-enabled interfaces.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Specialized Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in a federal, military, or private sector IT role.
• **Required Competencies:** Demonstrated proficiency in all four of the following:

* **Attention to Detail:** Thorough and conscientious in all tasks. * **Customer Service:** Ability to assess needs, provide information, resolve problems, and ensure client satisfaction. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively express information and make clear, convincing presentations to diverse audiences. * **Problem Solving:** Identify problems, determine relevance of information, use sound judgment, and make recommendations.
