IT Specialist (Policy & Planning)

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-12/13 federal level, or comparable experience in the public or private sector.

• *Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:**
• Manage and oversee IT activities that impact an entire organization or its major components.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce, workload, and facility planning, as well as organizational design.
• Lead program management initiatives, including policy development, IT workload management, and long-term strategic planning.
• Direct workforce planning efforts, including recruitment, retention, and training programs.
• Execute and respond to IT data calls and taskers efficiently.
• Collaborate with workforce and personnel groups, and information system boards for data analysis.
• Stay informed on Human Capital management advancements through professional engagement and meetings.
• Note: Both paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.*
