## IT Specialist (PLCYNPLN/INFOSEC) - GS-12

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to provide expert analysis and recommendations for continuous processing operations. This role involves evaluating IT solutions, managing budgets, and applying lifecycle management principles to IT initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and recommend improvements for continuous processing operations.
• Conduct economic analysis for proposed IT solutions, evaluating potential savings, benefits, and cost avoidances.
• Apply budgeting and accounting system knowledge to IT issues.
• Utilize the Life Cycle Management Model for IT projects from inception through obsolescence/replacement.

### Required Qualifications:

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level (or equivalent in federal, military, or private sector) demonstrating expertise in:

* Analyzing and recommending IT operational improvements. * Performing economic analysis for IT solutions. * Applying budgeting and accounting principles to IT. * Managing IT issues through a lifecycle model.
