IT Specialist (Plcypln/Sysadmin)

## About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to lead and manage critical information technology initiatives. This role involves overseeing projects, managing teams, and ensuring the robust operation of our IT infrastructure, while serving as a key communicator and problem-solver.

## Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects, tasks, and teams effectively.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations and briefs to senior management and IT staff.
• Manage and maintain complex IT systems, including network infrastructure.
• Proactively identify and resolve unique, highly complex IT-related issues.
• Communicate intricate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships, anticipating and addressing their IT needs with tailored solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IT work and data.

## Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG-13 federal grade level, or comparable, demonstrating:

* Leadership experience (leading people, managing tasks). * Proficiency in preparing presentations and briefs. * Extensive experience in Information Technology (e.g., Network Infrastructure).

• Proven competencies in:

* **Attention to Detail:** Meticulously reviewing IT work for accuracy and consistency. * **Customer Service:** Building relationships and assessing customer IT needs. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively briefing senior leadership and explaining technical concepts. * **Problem Solving:** Identifying complex IT issues and developing effective solutions.

• Strong background and relevance of experience, education, and training to the position's duties.
