Summary
Senior IT professional specializing in SIGINT architecture, security, and program management within the Defense Intelligence Community.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Management Specialist to lead critical intelligence and information technology initiatives. This is a senior-level position (equivalent to GS-14) within the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), focusing on Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) architecture, IT security, and program management.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee IT programs, including contract management and Quality Assurance activities.
- Provide expert guidance on IT requirements, policies, security measures, and the information systems acquisition lifecycle.
- Analyze and research USAF SIGINT requirements and technology forecasts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive SIGINT architectures, integrating modern IT hardware/software, security standards, and risk management.
- Apply mastery of the entire SIGINT process (collection, processing, analysis, reporting, dissemination) at tactical, strategic, and national levels.
- Perform Contracting Officer Representative (COR) duties.
- Communicate complex technical IT security issues effectively to diverse audiences.
- Extract and analyze critical data from technical meetings to inform assessments and recommendations.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Demonstrated IT-related experience, including broad knowledge of:
- **Technical Expertise:** Expert knowledge of various operating systems (e.g., System Architect, Oracle Database), their vulnerabilities, security controls, intelligence network architectures, and modern IT security standards.

- *Conditions of Employment:**
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
- Sign a non-disclosure agreement.
- Subject to initial and periodic short-notice drug testing.
- Ability to travel extensively worldwide, including to remote locations, for temporary duty assignments (short duration up to 179 days or longer), sometimes with limited notice.
- Creditable experience includes previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, other government agencies, and appropriate unpaid/volunteer work.*
