IT Specialist (Plcypln)

• *Key Responsibilities & Experience:**
• Develop policies for organizational missions and functions, and advise on service or information management strategies.
• Establish information security standards crucial for managing communication pathways.
• Create and implement strategic plans related to information technology.
• *Required Competencies:**
• **Attention to Detail:** Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in IT-related work and data.
• **Customer Service:** Build and maintain customer relationships, assess IT needs, and identify or develop tailored IT products and services.
• **Oral Communication:** Effectively brief mid-level management and IT staff, clearly communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• **Problem Solving:** Identify alternatives for complex IT-related issues by gathering and applying information from diverse sources to develop potential solutions.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of experience demonstrating proficiency in the competencies listed above.
• Qualifying experience includes developing IT policies, advising on information management, setting security standards for communication, or creating strategic IT plans.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
