IT Specialist (Plcypln)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional (equivalent to GG-14 federal grade level) to contribute to critical IT initiatives. This role requires a minimum of one year of specialized experience.

• *Key Responsibilities & Experience:**
• Develop and implement full life-cycle IT project management processes.
• Formulate and execute IT acquisition strategies.
• Provide senior-level technical support, advising on strategic planning, policy and standards development, workforce development, and architecture/infrastructure planning, particularly relating to information security.
• *Essential Skills & Competencies:**
• **Attention to Detail:** Meticulously review IT work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including peer review.
• **Customer Service:** Build and maintain strong relationships, anticipate IT needs, and deliver tailored technology solutions.
• **Oral Communication:** Clearly brief senior management and IT staff on technical systems and projects, translating complex information for non-technical audiences.
• **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify and resolve unique, complex IT issues, evaluating potential solutions.
