IT Specialist (Os)

To qualify for an IT Specialist position, your experience must demonstrate a focus on leading and optimizing automation platforms.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Provide strategic direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, and integration of UiPath or ServiceNow programs.
• Offer expert guidance on deploying automation platforms (UiPath, ServiceNow) within business processes, including integrating them with AI assets.
• Develop and implement IT program policies, procedures, and practices for UiPath or ServiceNow platforms, ensuring compliance.
• Plan, direct, and integrate enterprise activities for major programs, ensuring industry standards for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor technical and non-technical program staff supporting UiPath or ServiceNow initiatives.
• Maximize the return on investment (ROI) for UiPath or ServiceNow platforms and all associated applications.
• Conceptualize future use cases and interconnections across all platform applications to support a connected enterprise.
• *Required Experience:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level (or equivalent in the private sector).
• Experience must include:

* Providing overall direction and guidance for the UiPath or ServiceNow program lifecycle (development, integration, etc.). * Expert knowledge of automation platform trends (UiPath, ServiceNow) and integrating these platforms with AI assets. * Developing IT program policies, procedures, and practices for these platforms. * Leading and mentoring technical and non-technical program staff. * Optimizing resources and maximizing ROI for UiPath or ServiceNow platforms. * Working with UiPath or ServiceNow platforms, including multiple applications/products, and understanding their interconnections.
