## IT Specialist (Network)

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist with a focus on network systems. This role is open to US Citizens who possess the required experience. You will play a critical part in the engineering, design, and support of our network infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Engineer technical requirements for network systems, including application software and data communications.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new or modified network systems.
• Provide comprehensive network support, including recommending hardware and software configurations.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** Minimum of one year of specialized experience in network engineering, system design/implementation, and support, equivalent to a GS-11 level in federal service.
• **Core IT Competencies:** Proven experience demonstrating proficiency in:

* **Attention to Detail:** Performing thorough and accurate work conscientiously. * **Customer Service:** Assessing client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively conveying complex information and presenting ideas clearly. * **Problem Solving:** Identifying issues, evaluating alternatives, and developing effective recommendations.
