IT Specialist - Microsoft Apps (Sharepoint) (Appsw/Infosec)

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and develop solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform. This role involves full lifecycle application programming and technical analysis of software products.

• *Responsibilities:**
• **SharePoint Administration & Development:** Implement, maintain, and administer SharePoint Online, including forms, lists, web parts, and workflows.
• **Application Development (SDLC):** Perform programming activities through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, maintenance) for complex applications using Agile methodologies.
• **Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint Framework:** Utilize Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Framework, applying industry-standard procedures (e.g., configuration management, source code control).
• **Technical Analysis:** Provide expert technical analysis of software technologies and products to assess feasibility, value, and recommend adoption.
• *Additional Responsibilities (GS-14 Only):**
• **Project Management:** Apply project management principles to manage and direct technical IT project teams (FTE and contractor), coordinating projects from development to production. Identify resources, develop milestones, and report progress to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• *Required Experience:**
• **GS-13:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12, demonstrating proficiency in all core responsibilities listed above.
• **GS-14:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13, demonstrating proficiency in all core and additional project management responsibilities.
