Job Description
Summary
Manage INFOSEC identity/access, develop security policies, and provide audit support for federal IT systems.
We are seeking an **IT Specialist (INFOSEC) at the GS-12 level** to manage identity and access within our systems.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide customer support for all identity and access management (IAM) activities.
- Manage user access, including account creation, maintenance, and removal, ensuring strict policy compliance.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures, adhering to NIST, FISCAM, DoD, and STIG guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive audit support, including providing evidential matter, performing risk analysis, developing compliance testing, and managing corrective action plans.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, utilizing innovative technology capabilities.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, gained in federal, military, or private sector environments.
- Demonstrated experience in identity and access management, security policy development, and audit support.
- Both paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience that demonstrates the required competencies will be considered.*
