## IT Specialist (INET) - GS-12

Join our team as an IT Specialist focusing on internet systems and application development. You will be responsible for ensuring agency websites comply with established standards while designing, developing, and maintaining critical software applications.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement plans, policies, procedures, and guidance for agency website compliance (e.g., DoD/DLA standards).
• Establish criteria, formulate projects, and analyze complex IT program issues.
• Review, test, debug, and execute computer software, overseeing modifications based on user requirements.
• Design, develop, and modify applications software utilizing Java and ASP.NET (C#).
• Analyze and refine system requirements and design systems architecture.
• Write, debug, and maintain application code.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, directly related to IT systems development and website management.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and modifying applications using Java, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Proficiency in reviewing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software code.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and plan systems architecture.
• Knowledge of website compliance standards.
