This role requires skilled IT professionals to support and administer Oracle Federal Financials systems, focusing on user needs and system integrity. **Responsibilities & Requirements (GS-13):** * Provide comprehensive user support for Oracle Federal Financials systems. * Requires at least one year of specialized experience in Oracle Federal Financials user support. **Responsibilities & Requirements (GS-14):** * Serve as a Systems Administrator for Oracle Federal Financials systems. * Requires at least one year of specialized experience in Oracle Federal Financials systems administration. **Required IT Competencies (for both levels):** * **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous and thorough in all tasks. * **Customer Service:** Skilled in assessing client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction. * **Oral Communication:** Able to clearly convey information and listen effectively. * **Problem Solving:** Proficient in identifying issues, evaluating alternatives, and making sound recommendations. **Additional Qualifications:** * Must possess relevant IT-related experience (IT Management Series 2210). * Education cannot be substituted for the required experience at these levels. * All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
