IT Specialist (Customer Support) - GS-13

Join our team as an IT Specialist, providing high-level technical support for essential products and services. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong customer service and problem-solving skills to manage complex IT challenges.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for diverse IT products and services.
  • Perform comprehensive desktop support functions.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing to identify and resolve system and application issues.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity problems.

Required Qualifications:

  • One year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level (or equivalent) within the Federal service, directly performing the responsibilities listed above.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the following core competencies:
