IT Specialist (Customer Support) - GS-13

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for diverse IT products and services.
- Perform comprehensive desktop support functions.
- Conduct diagnostic testing to identify and resolve system and application issues.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity problems.
Required Qualifications:
- One year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level (or equivalent) within the Federal service, directly performing the responsibilities listed above.
