IT Specialist (Custspt)

We are seeking an IT Specialist to manage and evaluate information technology systems and capabilities.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Review and evaluate IT software and hardware capabilities.
• Manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
• Assess and fulfill customer information technology requirements.
• Lead and manage IT-related tasks and projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of IT-related work and data.
• *Requirements:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience directly related to the responsibilities above.
• Demonstrated proficiency in:

* **Attention to Detail:** Meticulously reviewing IT work/data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * **Customer Service:** Maintaining relationships, assessing IT needs, and developing tailored solutions. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively briefing stakeholders and translating technical information. * **Problem Solving:** Identifying alternatives and solutions for complex IT issues.

• All qualifying experience, including volunteer and military service, will be considered.
• Qualifications must be met within 30 days of the announcement closing.
• **Note:** This position requires direct qualifying experience; a combination of education and experience is not applicable.
