IT Specialist (Appsw/Sysanalysis)

Join our team as an IT Specialist (APPSW/SYSANALYSIS) and leverage your expertise in system analysis, development, and risk management to support critical defense initiatives. This role requires a professional with a strong background in managing complex IT projects through their full lifecycle.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide expert guidance in IT architecture, risk management, testing, system development, and maintenance.
• Perform comprehensive risk analysis, modeling, and mitigation strategy development.
• Direct and monitor all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and implementation.
• Lead requirements analysis to support high-level program and project management goals.
• Translate functional program requirements into actionable implementations for DLA platforms and applications.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal service, military, or private sector. This experience must demonstrate competency in the responsibilities listed above.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all four core competencies:
