IT Specialist (Appsw/Sysanalysis)

We are seeking an IT Specialist (Applications/Systems Analysis) to provide essential technical support and systems analysis. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, analyzing system performance, and resolving complex technical issues.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Provide expert technical support for personal computers, office automation hardware, and software.
• Conduct trend and utilization analysis, delivering authoritative technical recommendations to management.
• Diagnose and resolve failures across hardware, software, and telecommunication systems, developing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• *Requirements:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service, or comparable experience in the military or private sector.
• Experience must demonstrate proficiency in providing technical expertise, conducting system analysis, and resolving complex IT issues.
• Applicants must meet all federal eligibility requirements, including time-in-grade where applicable.
• Education cannot be substituted for the required specialized experience.
