IT Specialist (Appsw) (Direct Hire)

Join our IT team to develop, secure, and manage cloud-native and SaaS-based solutions within an enterprise environment. We are looking for professionals with expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and automated system management across two experience levels.

• *SV-I Pay Band (Equivalent to GS-13):**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12.
• **Key Experience Must Include:**

* Planning, designing, and developing cloud-native and SaaS-based solutions/applications. * Applying IT security and cybersecurity principles (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) to protect enterprise IT infrastructure, data, and SaaS environments. * Managing automated systems such as CI/CD pipelines, central code repositories, application lifecycle management, security vulnerability scanning, code quality testing, and secure software delivery platforms.

• *SV-J Pay Band (Equivalent to GS-14):**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13.
• **Key Experience Must Include:**

* Executing enterprise IT strategies to support nationwide customer requirements, including integrating SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native solutions. * Developing and implementing IT security/cybersecurity strategies, including cloud governance and compliance frameworks, to safeguard enterprise infrastructure, applications, and SaaS platforms. * Applying advanced project management principles (e.g., Agile, hybrid, traditional) to lead large, complex IT initiatives (e.g., multi-cloud adoption, system modernization), managing priorities, roadmaps, resources, and budgets. * Managing automated systems such as CI/CD pipelines, central code repositories, application lifecycle management, security vulnerability scanning, code quality testing, and secure software delivery platforms.

• *General Requirements:**
• Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid/volunteer work.
• Part-time experience is credited proportionally.
