We are seeking an **IT Specialist (Applications Software/Customer Support)** to design and architect advanced IT solutions, with a focus on platforms like OpenText. This role requires a commitment to excellence in customer service and problem-solving within a dynamic environment.

• Design and architect complex IT solutions, specifically involving platforms such as OpenText.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail, maintaining high-quality work standards and reviewing others' contributions.

• Clearly communicate complex technical information, deliver persuasive presentations, and actively listen to stakeholders.

• *Required Qualifications:**
• **US Citizenship** is required.
• One year of specialized experience designing/architecting IT solutions, specifically with platforms like OpenText.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the following IT-related competencies:

• Must meet Defense Acquisition Workforce requirements and obtain Program Management certification within 60 months of entry on duty.
