We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist with extensive ServiceNow experience to develop, configure, and administer our platform. This role requires a professional adept at complex technical problem-solving and client support.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement custom workflows within ServiceNow.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules, applications, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform comprehensive ServiceNow platform administration.
• *Required Experience:**
• One year of specialized experience (equivalent to IC-12/GS-12 level) demonstrating proficiency in:

* Custom ServiceNow workflow development. * ServiceNow module, application, and integration configuration. * ServiceNow technical troubleshooting and issue resolution. * General ServiceNow platform administration.
