## IT Specialist (Application Software)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to develop, implement, and support complex application software solutions. This role requires expertise across various programming languages and development tools to meet diverse user requirements.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and integrate applications, interfaces, reports, and forms using programming languages such as SAP ABAP, Java, C, SQL, and UNIX.
• Utilize SAP development tools (e.g., ATC, Solution Manager, Ui5, NetWeaver) and general programming tools (CASE, Fortify) to build robust solutions.
• Analyze user requirements, design technical specifications, and develop solutions for new or existing COTS/GOTS (Commercial/Government Off-The-Shelf) application software.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, documentation, development, testing, installation, and support of complex application systems.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, suggest alternative approaches, and provide innovative software design solutions.

• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-12 Federal service level or senior-level role in the private sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages, including SAP ABAP, Java, C, SQL, and UNIX.
• Extensive experience with SAP development tools (e.g., ATC, Solution Manager, CVA, Ui5, NetWeaver).
• Proven ability in the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, implementation, support).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex design and interface requirements.
