## IT Specialist (Applications Software)

We are seeking an IT Specialist with robust experience in application software development and deployment. This role requires expertise across the full software development life cycle, emphasizing automation and modern development practices.

### Required Experience & Skills:

• **Specialized Experience:** Minimum one year of IT experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in federal, military, or private sector roles.
• **Automation Development:** Proficiency in automation software platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, or ServiceNow.
• **Programming Languages:** Competence in various application programming languages, including C#, Visual Basic (VB.net), Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL, or Bash.
• **Agile & DevSecOps:** Experience with incremental software delivery using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• **Software Life Cycle:** Full life cycle experience in software design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• **Design Documentation:** Ability to leverage model-based software design for documenting solutions.
• **Feasibility Analysis:** Skilled in analyzing alternative design approaches to best satisfy user needs.
