## IT Specialist (Application Software)

Join our team as an IT Specialist specializing in application software development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical software solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and complex technical requirements.

### Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify applications, interfaces, extensions, reports, and forms using various programming languages (e.g., SAP ABAP, Java, SQL, C) and development tools.
Utilize SAP development tools (e.g., ATC, Solution Manager, Ui5, NetWeaver) for software enhancement.
Perform full-lifecycle software engineering, including analysis, design, documentation, development, integration, testing, implementation, and support for COTS/GOTS applications.
Analyze user requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, propose alternative solutions, and translate them into robust software designs.

### Required Qualifications:

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in application software development.
Proficiency in multiple application programming languages such as SAP ABAP, UNIX, Oracle, SQL, Java, and C.
Experience with general programming tools (e.g., CASE tools, Fortify) and language-specific developer kits.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex software design and interface requirements.
