IT Specialist (Appsw)

This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional to manage the systems development lifecycle, execute system tests, and effectively communicate complex technical information.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Execute and evaluate system tests, comparing results against specifications and requirements.
• Analyze and report comprehensive test results.
• Manage various phases of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Interpret technical standards and translate user needs into software system requirements.
• Provide briefings to mid-level management and IT staff on system status and project updates, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and resolve complex information technology issues by gathering and applying information from diverse sources.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, assess current IT needs, and recommend tailored products or services.
• Rigorously review IT-related work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• A minimum of one year of specialized experience demonstrating competency in system testing, analysis, and management.
• Proven experience executing and evaluating system tests, including analyzing and reporting results.
• Experience managing aspects of the systems development lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret standards and user needs for software systems.
• Strong attention to detail, consistently ensuring the accuracy and completeness of IT work.
• Excellent customer service skills, including assessing needs and identifying appropriate IT solutions.
• Demonstrated oral communication skills, capable of briefing diverse audiences on technical information.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address complex IT-related issues.
