Job Description

Summary

Seeking an IT Specialist to lead Agile no-code/low-code development teams and enforce solution quality standards.

The IT Specialist (Agile No/Low-Code Lead) guides development teams to create and maintain high-quality no-code and low-code solutions.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead Agile development teams in designing and building no-code and low-code applications that meet customer requirements.
  • Establish and document quality standards for no-code and low-code solutions within the unit.
  • Enforce adherence to defined quality standards throughout the solution design and build process.
  • Strategically assign development team members to projects based on experience, solution complexity, and business priorities.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • Minimum one year of specialized IT experience equivalent to the IC-13 (Federal government) level, demonstrating:
* Leadership of Agile development teams for no-code/low-code solution development. * Experience documenting and enforcing quality standards for no-code/low-code applications. * Skill in assigning development team members to projects based on business needs and capabilities.
  • **Demonstrated IT-Related Competencies:**
* **Attention to Detail:** Thorough and conscientious in work execution. * **Customer Service:** Effectively assesses client needs, provides support, and ensures satisfaction with products/services. * **Oral Communication:** Clearly conveys information and presents effectively to diverse audiences. * **Problem Solving:** Identifies issues, analyzes information, and develops sound recommendations.
