Seeking an IT Specialist to lead Agile software development projects and ensure robust quality standards.

IT Specialist (IC-14)

Join our team as an IT Specialist, where you will lead software development initiatives and uphold high-quality standards. This role requires expertise in modern software methodologies and a commitment to excellence.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead teams and manage projects utilizing modern software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
  • Enforce organizational quality standards throughout the software solution design and development lifecycle.
  • Oversee the documentation and implementation of application and solution quality standards.
  • *Required Qualifications & Experience:**
  • One year of specialized IT-related experience equivalent to the Federal IC-13 level, obtained in federal, state, local government, or the private sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading software development teams or projects.
  • Proven track record in enforcing and documenting software quality standards.
  • Experience may include paid, unpaid, or intensive IT certification training.
